Refund Policy

At CommentSense, I provide manual comment marketing services that require significant time, effort, and expertise. Due to the nature of this service, I do not offer refunds once a subscription payment has been processed and work has begun, unless otherwise agreed upon or in exceptional cases. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service.

Why This Policy Exists

My services involve:

  • Manual human work: Every comment is personally written by me, not generated by AI or bots.
  • Time-based services: I dedicate specific time to researching, finding relevant conversations, and crafting authentic comments for your product.
  • Immediate value delivery: Work begins immediately after payment, and comments start being posted within 24-48 hours.
  • Irreversible effort: Once a comment is posted and receives engagement, that work cannot be "undone" or returned.

Unlike digital products or physical goods, you are paying for my time, expertise, and manual labor, which cannot be returned or refunded once provided.

Exceptions and Remedies

While I do not offer monetary refunds, I am committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve issues:

Service Not Delivered

If I fail to deliver the agreed-upon number of comments within the subscription period due to my fault, you may be eligible for:

  • Credit towards the next month's subscription
  • Additional comments to make up for the shortfall
  • Extension of service period to complete the promised work

Technical Errors

If you are charged due to a technical error (e.g., double billing, incorrect amount), I will issue a refund for the erroneous charge within 7-10 business days.

Immediate Cancellation (First 24 Hours)

If you cancel within the first 48 hours of subscribing AND no work has been started yet, you must contact me immediately at challa@commentsensemarketing.com to request this.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However:

  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds will be issued for the pending billing period.
  • Cancellation requests must be made by contacting me directly at challa@commentsensemarketing.com.

Proper Dispute Resolution:

If you have any issues with the service, please contact me at challa@commentsensemarketing.com. I am committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly. Most issues can be resolved through:

  • Direct communication
  • Service adjustments
  • Additional comments or revisions
  • Strategy changes
  • Extended service periods

Satisfaction Guarantee

While I don't offer monetary refunds, I do guarantee that:

  • You will receive the number of comments stated in your plan or as discussed with you
  • Comments will be posted in relevant, high-quality conversations
  • All comments will follow platform guidelines and appear authentic
  • You will receive regular reports on comment performance
  • I will respond to your emails within 24-48 hours

If any of these guarantees are not met, please contact me, and I will work to make it right through service credits, additional comments, or other remedies.

Trial Period Recommendation

If you're unsure about the service, I recommend starting with the Trial plan ($49/month for 10 comments). This allows you to:

  • Test the quality of my work
  • See how the service fits your needs
  • Evaluate results before committing to a higher tier
  • Cancel before the next billing cycle if it's not right for you

Force Majeure

I am not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to:

  • Platform outages or bans (Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Changes in platform policies or terms of service
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or other acts of God
  • Internet or technology failures
  • Government regulations or legal restrictions

In such cases, I will work to provide alternative solutions or extend service periods, but no refunds will be issued.
