By accessing or using CommentSense ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

CommentSense provides manual comment marketing services on various social media platforms including but not
limited to Reddit, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Hacker News, Indie Hackers, and Facebook Groups. The service involves
authentic human engagement to promote your product or service.
2.1 What We Provide
- Manual commenting on relevant social media discussions
- Weekly, bi-weekly, or daily reports (based on your plan)
- Strategic guidance on comment marketing
- Transparent reporting with links to all comments
2.2 What We Don't Provide
- Guaranteed conversions or sales
- Specific follower count increases
- Viral marketing or instant results
- AI-generated or automated comments
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
CommentSense offers subscription tiers: Trial, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise.
3.1 Payment Terms
- All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is due on the date you sign up each month
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
- All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
3.2 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service (manual labor that begins immediately), we do not offer refunds for
services already rendered. If you're unsatisfied with the service, you may cancel at any time to prevent
future charges.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data and reports will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of CommentSense, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your product or service
- Ensure your product/service complies with all applicable laws
- Not use the service to promote illegal products, services, or activities
- Not use the service to promote hate speech, discrimination, or harmful content
- Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
- Provide feedback when requested to help improve the service
5. Our Rights and Responsibilities
CommentSense reserves the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
- Modify or discontinue the service with 30 days notice
- Adjust pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
- Determine which platforms and conversations are appropriate for your product
- Refuse to comment on specific platforms or posts that we deem inappropriate
6. Platform Compliance
We commit to following all platform terms of service and community guidelines. However:
- Platform rules may change without notice
- Accounts used for commenting may be suspended or banned by platforms
- We are not liable for platform actions against our accounts or your account
- We will notify you if we can no longer effectively service your account due to platform restrictions
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your product information, branding, and materials. By using our service,
you grant us permission to:
- Mention your product in social media comments
- Use your product information to craft relevant comments
- Link to your website, product pages, or social media profiles
8. Confidentiality
We will keep your business information, strategies, and product details confidential. We will not:
- Share your information with competitors
- Use your strategies for other clients
- Publicly disclose our relationship without your permission
9. Limitation of Liability
CommentSense and its operator shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Platform bans, suspensions, or restrictions
- Comments that don't result in conversions
- Third-party actions or reactions to comments
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Specific results, traffic, or conversions
- Continuous, uninterrupted service
- Error-free service
- That comments will remain visible on platforms
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CommentSense from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your product or service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Information you provide to us
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email
or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason,
including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment
- Fraudulent activity
- Promoting illegal or harmful products
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration if mediation fails
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CommentSense regarding the service and supersede
all prior agreements.
